Sunrise Paradise Beach Resort - Baliangao, Misamis Occidental

        May 16, 2011 - My chocolate friends went for some nice trip at Baliangao, Misamis Occidental.

     
        We went to SUNRISE PARADISE BEACH RESORT in Baliangao, Misamis Occidental and we start early in the morning. It  takes about 1½ hour travel from Dipolog City To Baliangao.It was actually a co-worker bonding trip with one of my friend, Jazel but then we decided to go with them,and we didn´t go back same day with them, we stay overnight there...

       It´s kinda rough road for about one kilometer going to the Resort ´coz the road is under construction, but when we reach the Place, it was really nice :D
 
 
         You will see the white sand beach and nice cottages. They had 2 rooms also where you can stay overnight, and they had private property where you can really feel safe there during night.

       The place is affordable with the budget, and what´s best there is they had nice treatment with the guest, they really accommodate us and make us comfortable while staying there overnight.

   
        They had simple menu also, and they prepare the food and table for you :D ( Thanks by the way for the food last time, it was very good :D ) You can buy souvenir items also there.

     

        The next day, we really watch over the SUNRISE which they said is very nice there! but that morning was quite not so nice, it was not raining but the sky is dark, but we saw the sunrise anyway :D It was nice but maybe it would be more nice if the weather perfectly match with the nice sunrise..

     
         Me, myself went snorkeling also see if i can find some nice underwater pictures... but i didnt go far so just few i got. i just get used snorkeling with my husband to more far areas underwater :D where he think more nice, and i agree with it also but little bit scared hehe...

       Before we left the place, i got contact number with the front desk officer there coz maybe we go back someday :D

Aliguay Island, Dapitan City

 February 6, 2009 - we´ve been to Aliguay Island with my husband and my family... It was a very nice place... It´s been 2 yrs since last time we were here...:)

      We appreciate the nature of the Island, the nice white sand beach. There are people living here but not that much, sometimes they had difficulties with top water here and electricity, they had generator provided for the electricity but so far i remember it´s limited only, there is certain time at night for the electricity.

      It´s one of the place we treasured with my husband, though we had bad experience here ( like the pumpboat operator ask 2500pesos instead of 80pesos / head and we are 10 persons that time) ...

     But anyways, if you want peaceful place to stay and enjoy moments, this is perfect place :D

Highlander Farm, Brgy. Alvenda, Mutia, Dipolog City

     Augut 29, 2010 - Hi lander Farm is a new tourist destination in Dipolog City. First time when i was there, it was kinda big excitement for me.

       It takes 2-3 hours by multicab to reach the place, its kinda rough road when you reach Center place in Mutia, going to the said place.

       I was with my family and relatives when we went there. When we reach the place, i was so surprised with the nice native and antique style of the house, they had nice swimming pool for kids and for adults with nice and cool water...

      They had nice Garden fronting the main gate of the place, you will really be amazed of the nice and lovely flowers, they had an artificial pond with lots of gold fishes, and koi fishes...

     They also had Mini Zoo where u can find many kinds of animals like snakes, any kinds of birds, deer, crocodile, monkeys and etc...

 The most exciting thing to be experienced there is to try their newly built ZIP LINER which cost P500.00  / ride. it takes about 5 mins. breath-taking adventure with the zip line. It was so much fun !

Silja Symphony Cruise ( Stockholm, Sweden - Helsinki, Finland )

       April 17, 2010 -Early Spring in Sweden, My husband and I been with a European cruise from Stockholm to Helsinki. It was kinda memorable trip for me since it´s my first time :D Obviously :)

      We spend 2 days- 2 nights with a Cruise ship leaving in the morning and going back the next day, but mainly they call it there a PARTY Ship...

       The Ship leaves Stockholm 17:00 and arrives in Helsinki at 10:00 the next day... We spent time at Helsinki also during the day, we´ve been to some church, some museum, restaurant, and went back to the cruise ship 16:00 before the ship will leave Helsinki going back to Stockholm at 17:00. It´s kinda routine of the ships, doesn´t matter if it´s summer, winter, autumn, or spring...

        But whats exciting is during night inside the ship... We had nice party the first night there at the Ship. It´s kinda big ship so they had almost everything, shopping area that closes around 8pm, huge disco Bar where they had overview of the front area ( it´s like a Captain View), Videoke Bar, swimming pool, and Casino and etc. They had exhibition also located at the shopping area :D

    If you wish for some kinda special wine, well, they had everything, and any kind of softdrinks, liquor and lady´s drink. 

        The next day would be such an interesting day also, after a tiresome party during the whole night, you will surely get tired and wake up late in the morning, but that will not be a Big worries coz they had the best Breakfast buffet where u will surely not gonna miss to try it all coz they are all the best!

       What makes me so happy is that i saw filipino Crews inside the ship. Well, not surprised anyway, coz i know that filipinos are trust worthy, very kind, and very hard working people.

         I had enjoyed the food so much.... thumbs UP!

    After an hour breakfast, the ship had just arrived to helsinki port in Finland. My hubby and I went for a tour the whole day in Helsinki, we had nice time watching the nice place...
 
     We´ve been inside a big protestant Church in Helsinki, and a catholic church where they had a bronze sealing inside the church and a walls made of piled stones, we went to a museum, we also saw the big Olympic Arena in Helsinki, and we went to a nice park where we feed the birds :)

     It was quite a long day for us, we really been tired after the long day tour.

     17:00 the cruise leave Helsinki going back to Stockholm, then around 10:30 we arrived in Stockholm, and went back home carrying all the nice memories that wished to be shared to you guys :) Love it!

Libuton Cave, Manukan, Zanorte

            May 8, 2011 - We had so nice and unforgettable trip with my ``chocolate girls`` friends, joy, and my brothers in Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte..

            It was a tiring trip for me but worth it! takes 40mins from Dipolog City to Manukan, Zanorte by Rural Transit Bus. and 15mins with Habal-habal from Manukan Public Market to the Cave quarter station where you should pay for the entrance fee cost 30 pesos, and helmet and headlight 40 pesos. Plus 300pesos for 2 tour guides ( 150 each tour guide) but better if you go there by group coz u should all share for the tour guide fee.

     

            We were very lucky that time coz very nice sunshine when were there, and just when we go out to the cave, follows heavy rain which may put us on danger that time, but its not that scary there, u just have to be open-minded and a good listener to the tour guides coz they know best!

           The cave had 1st cave, 2nd cave, and 3rd cave ( but 3rd cave is closed that time coz and outsider people died there just a few weeks when we visit).        

           The whole group was full of excitement while on the way walking 15mins from the station to the 1st cave.

            Just when we get in to the entrance of the 1st cave. We feel mixed emotions :) , it was little bit scary, but exciting, and it was so cool inside the cave.

                  My god, how he made all those things inside, it was perfectly nice! We saw nice rock formations, huge sampiring, river eel, and crystal stones.... We were really very much amazed!

                  We were very amazed also getting inside a very small hole that only one person can fit in, so we go one by one ( girls first). We have gone swimming in a small water psotion inside, and  crawling in the muddy cave, same time possing for some nice shot to treasure when we get out in there. :D

         We had spent 15mins walking to the cave, 30 mins with the 1st cave, and 1 ½ hour with the 2nd cave, and then 15mins walk back to the main area to return the stuff we rented.... So we spent almost 3 hours with memories from that very fun adventure :D

Dakak Park and Beach Resort :D

      Among the beaches i had visited, Dakak is one of the nicest one... from dipolog to Dapitan City, takes about 20mins by motorbike, and Dapitan City to Dakak, around 20mins by motorbike also.. Well, could be more than 20mins definitely ´coz you will surely be amaze with the mother nature on the way from dapitan to Dakak Park and Beach Resort.
       Last Feb. 2009, my husband and i celebrated valentines day at Dakak Park and Beach Resort....

        Such a very nice and memorable place for us..
you will be really amazed with the place, the nice beach, and the nice accomodation of the Resort.

 They had very nice swimming pools ( for kids, for adult, and a big pool for everyone)....
     Mostly, they had nice amenities and facilities...  We had spent time there for 3 days. Eventhough we haven´t tried all of facilities and amenities, at least i enjoy the jetski ride for half hour ( P2000+) and enjoy their food a lot..
